IS THIS SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD WEAR HERE IN GRESHAM IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS?
We only take items in that are seasonally appropriate. Our seasons follow these parameters:
Spring Feb-April, Summer May-August, Fall Sept-November, Winter
November-January
WHAT CONDITION ARE YOUR SHOES IN?
Are there any toe prints, shoe pads or scrapes in the leather of your
shoes? Any flaws need to be repaired
before consignment.
PLEASE
LEAVE ALL ITEMS ON HANGERS
This helps us see your items easier
and keeps them in better condition.
Exceptions to this rule are jeans and all accessories. We will always switch out your hangers upon
acceptance so you may take them with you.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTIMATE ITEMS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT FUR COATS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT BRIDAL WEAR, MOTHER OF THE BRIDE/GROOM DRESSES, PROM.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ALFRED DUNNER, CROFT & BARROW, APT. 9, GOODWILL,
WALMART, K MART OR THRIFT STORES.
HOW
TO CONSIGN
Consignment is accepted during our normal business hours. We
will look at your items right away and let you know what will work before you
leave. Please call ahead to be sure it
is a good time to consign and what season we are taking.
Any overlooked issues (dry cleaning, repairs or laundering) will incur
appropriate service charges and will be deducted from your account.
Consigned items are left here for a 2 month cycle, items cannot be returned
early per the contract, no exceptions.
We do our best to price items competitively in the resale market. Prices are not determined on the spot. We
always research comparable items in the current retail market and price
accordingly. Higher coveted designer
bags may be priced higher due to demand.
If you remember how much you have invested into an item, please let us
know and we can take that into consideration.
All consigned items follow the markdown process listed below. The only exception to this rule is our
jewelry and shoes with no markdowns unless authorized by the consignor.
MARKDOWN PROCESS 1st/2nd

Last week garments will be 30% off original price
Going forward we will have 2 store wide sales a year, all items in the store
will be marked down to 50% of their original price point, regardless of their
consigned timeline. These sales will
always be over the Super Bowl weekend in
February and the last weekend in August.
It is a great time to purge any last remaining seasonal items. There will be other sales during the year determined by the owners if business needs a boost or for Black Friday, Small Business Days or various holidays.

We can donate items to Chase Me Again.
RETURNED ITEMS
Items can also be returned to consignors within 10 days of their expiration
date. Items not retrieved within that
timeline will be forfeited to charity.
