Black Friday was a success in Historic Downtown Gresham, thank you all for supporting "Shop Small".

This past week the shop took in so many new things that as of Tuesday, December 10 and through December 14 we will not be taking consignment items.

This week purple tag clothing is 50% off .
December 10 through December 14 Light Blue tag clothing will be 50% off.
December 17 through December 21 Yellow tag clothing will be 50 off
December 24, 25 and the shop will be closed but December 27 and 28 all clothing will be 25% off
December 31 and January 1, 2014 the shop will be closed.

Black Friday

Norma Jean's Closet will be open Black Friday with 25 % off everything unless otherwise marked.
Saturday, November 30 the sale continues but the shop will close at 3 PM.
We will have the usual Christmas music and cookies to keep your blood sugar up.

Consignment Items

Starting October 29 and until November 12 we will not be taking consignment items in.

I have a large stash in the back room to price and put on the floor so this will give me time to get caught up.

The shop is full of great FALL and Winter Items so please stop in to check out the current stock.

CLOTHING will be 25% off.

Currently Teal Tag Clothing is 50% off  and Teal Tag Purses 20% off through November 2.

Norma Jean's now has a $5.00 rack to benefit Zeb' Wish Equine Sanctuary. The clothes come from the donate stack that have not been picked up by consignors. In addition to the $5.00 rack the store is selling recycled feed bag totes for $12.00. The totes are cash or check only items and you will receive a tax deductible receipt as Zeb' Wish is a registered non profit.
Zeb's Wish Sanctuary rescues abused and neglected horses, mules and other animals. The animals are provided with a comfortable pasture and or home along with veterinary assistance, food and love for the duration of their lives.
The totes make great gifts for animal lovers and are clean and reusable.
I hope you can see that this is a worthy cause, it breaks hearts to hear the sad cruel lives these helpless
animals have existed in.

This month the tag for October 15 through October 26 is Light Green  and 50% OFF.

October 29 through November 2 all clothing  will be 25% off.

Norma  Jean's will be closed Halloween, October 31.

Summer Clearance Sale

Sadly SUMMER is almost over and so it is time to clear the store for fall items.

Starting August 27 through August 31 and again September 5 through September 7 with a slight change in hours 11 AM until 4 PM. All SUMMER items will be 50% off and clearly marked.

During the sale we will not be taking consignments as we are trying to make room for fall items. We will begin taking FALL starting September 17 as usual Tuesday through Friday 10 AM until 4 PM.

It is June and we starting out with GRRReat weather, yahoo!!

For the month of June tag colors on sale are as follows:  June 5 through June 8 is PURPLE
                                                                                     June 11 through June 15 is LIGHT BLUE

                                                                                     June 25 through June 29 is ORANGE


Third Thursday is June 20th, shop is open until 8 PM.

For the week of April 30 through May 4 PINK tag clothing is 50% OFF

May 11th Gresham Saturday Market begins another season with great and wonderful food, plants,

handcrafted items and music.

Third Thursday in Downtown Gresham begins May 16 at 5:30 pm until 8 pm, most of the stores downtown

Gresham will be open with handcrafted items offered on Main Street along with great music.

The shop will be closed May 28th due to the Memorial Weekend and I am hopefully going fishing in 

Southern Oregon. 

Consignment and Sale

Due to the high volume of consignment items the shop will not be taking items the week of Arpil 23 through April 27th but will begin again April 30th.

In order to make room for more items, BLUE  tag clothing will be 50% off along with jeans, crop pants and skirts that will be 25% off. So just a little change from the last post.

April Sales and Information

 It has been a very busy month and the store is full of great and stylish items but there is a saying
"What goes in must go out" so from April 2 through April 6th I will not be taking items for consignment.

By not taking items I can get what I have marked and on the floor but I need space to put them out.

Please keep your things until April 9th and after.

Spring Clothing

March 2013

So it is March 2013 and we now have occassional sunshine and then rain but it is time to think Spring.

The shop is now taking Spring items, which  means lighter sweaters, pants, jackets and tops.

February Sales and Store Hours

February Pink, Yellow and Teal Tags will be on sale

Hi Everyone,
 
Now that it is February and even though it will be cold and wet it is time to think about Spring with lighter weight coats and sweaters.
 
Beginning February 19th through February 23rd there will be a dot sale. Anything deemed by the shop owner(me) as winter will have a dot on the tag, so not just the weekly 50% tag will be on sale.
 
Since I am on the subject of color tag sales in February: 

Feb.5-Feb.9 Pink tags will be 50% off.
                                                          

Feb.12-Feb 16 Yellow will be 50% off.  
                                                          

Feb 19-Feb 23 Teal will be 50% off.

 
Now along with the dot winter clearance sale store hours will be shorter for the week of February 19th through February 23rd opening at 11AM and closing at 4PM.
 
During the week of the dot clearance sale there will be No consignments accepted.
 
 Becky will be working that entire week so please do not bring items in for consignment, Becky really does not like to turn you away but the bossy owner has spoken.
 
The following week of February 26th the shop will be closed, this gives me time to give the shop a real cleaning and organize for the new season.
 
Starting March 5th I will be taking spring items for consignment and business hours resume as usual.
 
For those of you who have pick up dates during the week of February 26, the following week of March 5th will be just fine.
 
 

Tags on Sale

This week January 29th through February 2nd all Red  and Dark Blue tags are 50% off.

Tag Sale

Starting Tuesday January  22nd  and ending Saturday January 26th RED Tags are 50% off.
It is still winter out there so the shop is taking winter clothing and boots, etc.

January Update

So here we are in January 2013 and it's cold out there.
Right now the shop has warm coats and sweaters,some at 50% off this week.
Orange tags on clothing are 50% this week only, so come check the inventory out ASAP!!
